My House:
The house was built in 1913 and is located in the historic district of Cromwell, CT
The bottom half of the house is stucco and the top is shingle. There are features of a Colonial but also has some features that remind me of a Craftsman. On the back of the house there is a two story porch like one might see on a house in the south.
My Puzzle:
Because the house has both details of a Colonial, a Colonial Revival, and a Craftsman... I am having trouble figuring out what colors to pick that would be fitting. Being in an historic district I find it even more important to know what style home I have.
Advice
- I would like to know what style my house is, whether stucco would have been original to the house, and what colors would readers recommend?
