About My Dream House
My clients wanted a four bed house for a large family, but had a small plot measuring 30'x40'. I have designed and finished the project fulfilling their needs with a small parking space in front.
What I Love About This House
With almost no big land available in my city and land value increasing and making it impossible for middle class family to afford, my small project fulfills a family's needs.
The ground floor consists of hall, small dining, kitchen utility for washing bath room and lav. with internal stair case. The first floor consists of three bed rooms and a common toilet and a big balcony in the front.
