About the Project
This project is designed for 10 residential units in Iran-Tehran.
The stairs are located in the middle of the building and two units are on each side on 5 stories. The ground floor is for parking .
The rules of the municipality of Tehran are difficult, and neighbors can add some difficulties for your project. This project was referred to me after the structure was built and was based on a plan that was okayed by the municipality. I designed the exterior to help the building sell well.
This project is located in the middle of a 10 meter avenue in Tehranpars area .
Significance
Created a new style for a residential exterior.
Used Travertine stone for the exterior materials.
Used special details for construction.
All of the windows are thermal.
The exterior facade appears as part of the building.
The length of the building is 12 meters.
Lessons Learned
- One must design an appealing exterior because your client has an investment and wants to sell as soon as possible for a good price.
