In keeping with Daniel Libeskind's master plan for the World Trade Center site, towers 2, 3, and 4 will form a descending spiral toward the Memorial. These three towers will include 6.2 million square feet of office space and a half million square feet of retail space.
According to the new World Trade Center timetable, Towers 2, 3, and 4 will be completed by 2012.
