James B. Arthur, prominent entrepreneur, pioneer, and one-time Mayor of Fort
Collins, built this stunning Queen Anne Victorian in 1882 for he and his wife to
live in. The Arthurs' entertained Fort Collins elite in their triple-layered
brick and locally-quarried sandstone construction building.
