Guest Writer Richard Taylor is an AIA architect who designs luxury house plans and custom homes. Taylor spent eight years designing and renovating homes in German Village, an historic district in Columbus, Ohio. He has also designed custom homes in North Carolina, Virginia, and Arizona.
