Constructed of foot-long concrete blocks with inlaid colored glass, the Seminar was originally three separate structures with courtyards in between:
- Seminar Building I, the Cora Carter Seminar Building
- Seminar Building II, the Isabel Waldbridge Seminar Building
- Seminar Building III, the Charles W. Hawkins Seminar Building
