Bungalow, or No?

Alex from Washington State, USA sends us this mystery:
"I purchased this house one year ago I was told it was built in 1918. I know that at one time it had multi-paned windows. The bathroom has the only originals that remain in the house; the two windows open from the center. Each side has six panes. I believe that the upstairs window seen in the photo was installed in the thirties or forties when the attic bedroom was created.
"I have not seen any houses in the Bremerton, Washington area that has a similar side porch main entry. The house has a single bedroom on the main floor and a half basement.
What is this style?"
Alex wonders whether his home is a "side-entry bungalow." Have you ever seen a style like this? How would you describe Alex's home?
