The Mystery | Some Clues

What style is this stately stucco home?

Dawn Pedersen sends us this mystery:

"I am buying this house and am trying to research it and remodel it in its specific style/period. It is stucco covered masonry, with a flat top roof. The front (not shown) has large columns holding a balcony that is the entire length of the house, and an enclosed screen porch below. All four bedrooms are upstairs. Downstairs consists of a kitchen, formal dining room and two living rooms.

I cannot find any other houses like it!! I also know that it was built in the 1920's. We are planning on gutting the bathroom and completely redoing it. Any suggestions on bathrooms for this kind of house would be great. This is the only info I have so far, and any help would be of great assistance!!"

Have you seen a home that resembles this one? Can you identify the style? What suggestions can you make for remodeling the bathroom in Dawn's home?
