Martha tells us that her ranch style home has these problems:
- Roof over front porch needs to be changed because in winter water does not run off properly and small front porch becomes a skating rink.
- Living room where bay window is gets Northern exposure and we need as much light as possible.
- Want to change landscaping in front, including widening front walk, but do not want extensive maintenance involved. Gardens are in back of home.
- Front of house is uninviting.
