Dentil Details

I think this is a Foursquare house, but I'm not sure because of the amount of detailing. Does dentil molding, flaired sides and extensive ornamental bracketing fit with this style? I know the house was built in 1904 and sometime after 1937 the three columns in the front were changed to four and some of the detailing was removed. The coal burning fireplace inside is flanked by two Corinthian columns that extend up about 7 feet to a cross member enclosing an oval mirror and the stair case is decorated with recessed panels.
