American Foursquare House with Wrap Porch

Kay from Michigan sends us this mystery:

I am purchasing a home built in 1914. It is similar to the "foursquare" homes you've shown on this site, and also similar to a home shown in an old Sears Catalog. I am wondering if it may possibly be a Sears home? The only differences I've seen, however, is that my house has a stone wrap around porch to the right side of the house and, also, the attic dormers are shaped in a V instead of shaped "box" as shown in the American Foursquare photos. Please help!

More about the house...

Kay tells us that one of the stones of the porch reads 1914. She wonders if any readers know where she can find the original floor plan or catalog advertisement for this home. Can you help? Use this easy form to send your comments and ideas.
