Modern Manor

From Bobby:

"Like houses of the early 20th century, late 20th century houses are a mix of styles. Yours is a particularly fine example. It looks part Bucks County (stone), part French (stucco details), part Georgian (general massing) and part Home Depot (back deck -- sorry, I didn't know what else to call it). The assymetrical placement of windows and the large 2nd floor window (2 storey entry?), is late 20th century.

The editor called it Modern Manor. I don't know if that is really a style, but it works in this case."

From Samuel:

"The windows across the top make me think of a classic Georgian Colonial. But, the small window panes look French. I'd say the architects were having a real historic smorgasbord!"

From Amy S.:

Are you sure the house is contemporary? Except for the garage, it looks centuries old!
