"Tattered Old House"

"I fell in love with a tattered old house on a long country road and I have decided to buy it... but I thought I knew what 'style' it was and now I'm not sure I know as much as I thought I did....follow? I can find very little history on the house and have had no luck with finding old pictures of 'how it was'. The house was built in 1896 by a man named Sam Booth and the lane it's on is named 'Booth' after the this man..... and that's all I have on it. A lot of the house is original but some has been changed, though not recently. I want to restore this house not merely renovate. Can you at least tell me what architectural style it is?" ~DED4D
