A reader from California sends us this mystery:

We are trying to determine what the style of our house is. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

The house was built in 1928 or 1929 in Oakland, California. It has a living room, formal dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook, one large bedroom, one bathroom, a foyer and a detached garage. The exterior of the house is all stucco and the interior is lath and plaster. ("Our current project," the owner says.)

Shown here is a view from the dining room to the living room. The window curvature matches the archway which divides the two rooms.

Can you describe the style of this home?
