Service isn't a one-day event for the volunteers helping to rebuild after Hurricane Sandy.
The volunteers shown here installed new structural and floor supports in a Staten Island home. Today the U.S. Presidential Inauguration activities kicked off with a National Day of Service to honor the legacy, memory, and service of civil rights leader Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Helping the Sandy victims is a great way to begin.
