
Relief organizations are calling on architects to aid Haiti as the country struggles with the earthquake that virtually flattened the capital city Port-au-Prince. "Parliament has collapsed. The tax office has collapsed. Schools have collapsed. Hospitals have collapsed,'' Haitian President René Préval told the Miami Herald.
