Celebrating Charles Rennie Mackintosh

Born on June 7, 1868 in the Townhead area of Glasgow, Charles Rennie Mackintosh was inspired by Scottish traditions. Combining them with Japanese and Art Nouveau forms, he helped pioneer the Arts and Crafts movement in Great Britain.
