Can Young People Live in an Old House?

Instead of selling my old Victorian house, I rented it to college students. What a mess! It's not that they've trashed the place. It's just that they arranged their furnishings in such unexpected ways: beds in the parlor, large-screen TV in the dining room. Seems that Victorian floor plans don't suit the lifestyles of modern youth. Follow Architecture on Twitter
