Jackie, thanks much — I am certain many architects will keep this link handy. Many people assume that if we don’t have AIA after our name that we’re not registered. Consider adding the much cheaper alternative — ALA. A colleague told me of it just yesterday.

As an old architect I know only too well that a string of letters means that a subscription has been paid to some sort of body. No more.
