How Tall is the World's Tallest Building - Really?

When Daniel Libeskind first presented plans for Freedom Tower at the new World Trade Center site, many people said the 1,776 foot tall structure would become the world's tallest building. But concerns about security led to many redesigns. Current plans still call for a 1,776 tall structure, but a lot of the height will come from the spire. So, how does the new version of Freedom Tower stack up if you measure only the structural part of the building?
