Cyber Cities

When I was a kid, my idea of city planning was a brisk game of Monopoly. Today's kids - and grownups - can experiment with advanced theories of urban design via the sophisticated SimCity computer games. What's more, the GIS (Geographical Information Systems) software used by today's city planners is beginning to resemble a SimCity virtual reality game.
