House Helpline: A Queen Anne Foursquare?

This charming home was used occasionally as a boarding house and many of the rooms have remnants of bolts left on the doors. The new owner writes, "I was looking for information on Queen Annes and it just didn't seem to fit the mold." The home appears to be a foursquare design with some Victorian flourishes. Can you describe the style?
