King Tut Rules Again

How could we not be facinated by the new drawings that show how the ancient Egyptian King might have looked? Back in the 1920s, the discovery of King Tut's tomb inspired a passion for all things Egyptian. Zigzags and "ziggurat" shapes became the vogue in clothing, jewelry, furniture, graphic design and -- of course -- architecture. By 1925, the world had a jazzy new style known as Art Deco.
