Koolhaas Hits The Headlines Again

Dutch architect Rem Koolhaas is really hitting the headlines this week. He's the newest winner of the European Union Prize for Contemporary Architecture/Mies van der Rohe Award. The award recognizes excellence and innovation in European building design. Zaha Hadid (who won the prize in 2003) presided over an international panel of nine judges.
