Is it a Building or a Tunnel? Rem Koolhaas at IIT

A train runs right through the through the McCormick Tribune Campus Center at the Illinois Institute of Technology. Designed by Dutch architect Rem Koolhaas, the building appears squashed beneath an enormous oval tunnel of corrugated stainless steel.
