Frank Lloyd Wright Mausoleum Comes To Life

Seventy-five years after designing plans for an unconventional mausoleum, Frank Lloyd Wright's proposed structure will be built. Following Wright's plans, stone and concrete terraces and a monolithic headsone will be constructed on a hillside overlooking two ponds at Forest Lawn cemetery in Buffalo, New York. The serene, contemplative "Blue Sky" Mausoleum will complement plans to construct two other unbuilt Wright designs -- a filling station and a boat house -- in Buffalo.
