Architectural Promise in New York

The New York Times heralds the choice of Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava to design a new terminal on the site of the World Trade Center. Calling Calatrava's structures "open and organic," the Times says that the new terminal will evoke the kind of uplifting spirituality that is needed on Ground Zero.
